About the TC Process
What is a Transfer Certificate?
A Transfer Certificate (TC) is an official document issued by Columbia Global School confirming a student's enrollment and academic details. It is required when a student leaves the school to join another institution.
Processing Time
TC requests are processed within 7–10 working days from the date of application. You will be notified via phone or email when your TC is ready for collection.
Required Documents
- Valid Student ID / Admission Card
- Fee Clearance Certificate (No Dues)
- Duly filled TC Application Form
- Parent / Guardian ID proof
- Latest marksheet / Progress report
Note: Physical documents must be submitted to the school office for verification before the TC is issued. The online form is for pre-registration only.
